After our wonderful boat trip we said goodbye to Ulrika’s friend and walked to Kødbyen (meatpacking district) and searched high and low for pizza. We ended up at Mother which was absolutely buzzing with people, ordered a bottle of wine and waited for our seats.
Mother restaurant is an Italian restaurant “without all the nonsense”. They source ingredients from Italy and cooks their pizza in their own wood fired oven.
We shared a lovely bruschetta with porcini mushrooms, ricotta and rucola

Alana ate a “bufala” which had buffalo mozzarella on top. I ordered the prosciutto with a slightly overpowering taste (wished I went for something more basic!) and Ulrika had a margherita.
We discussed everything from apartments, nails, work, jewellery and travel. What an evening.
