Spontaneous “italian” feast

Last saturday I decided to host a little dinner party. I made a cream/feta cheese spread with garlic and herbs, creamy green pesto pasta with chicken and Nigel whipped up a quick dessert made of vanilla ice cream, nuts and some maple syrup. Hands down my favourite kind of evenings.

What do you guys usually cook for friends? I’m always after quick and easy recipes!
