Here’s a quick and easy smoothie recipe I’ve sort of come up with. I’ve been buying a similar smoothie at Krüger in Canary Wharf and decided to make my own version of it.
- Protein powder. I use Impact Whey Protein in flavour Chocolate Smooth from Myprotein.com
- Unsweetened almond milk from Alpro
- Extra: almond flakes, oats
