Last nights dinner sent us to sleep


Last night I made a delicious lasagna with quorn and minced beef (mixing it up again!), carrots and the usual tomato sauce and bechamel sauce.. topped it all with mild cheddar and BAM, deliciousness. I had two portions (rarely happens) and mr had THREE?! I was in shock when I returned to the kitchen to see that there was only 1/3 left.. After our massive meal we were both super full and sleepy.
I genuinely want to make this again and soon, but this time add more veggies like mushrooms and zucchini.. nom nom nom.
