Copenhagen | Pizza at Mother

After our wonderful boat trip we said goodbye to Ulrika’s friend and walked to Kødbyen (meatpacking district) and searched high and low for pizza. Recipe | Kale salad with wholewheat couscous and halloumi

It’s been a while since my last recipe, hasn’t it?! Yesterday I made this wonderful half-warm salad and it was surprisingly yummy. Let’s go through the very easy steps: Ingredients: Kale Olive oil Sea Salt (the flaky kind!) Tomatoes Cucumber Halloumi Wholewheat couscous Start by washing the kale and remove the thicker stems.
