Recipe | Dairy free cauliflower and carrot soup


Recipe time! For some reason I got the itch to make soup last week. I immediately went on pinterest and combined a couple of different recipes, as you do. Copenhagen | Pizza at Mother


After our wonderful boat trip we said goodbye to Ulrika’s friend and walked to Kødbyen (meatpacking district) and searched high and low for pizza. Recipe | Kale salad with wholewheat couscous and halloumi


It’s been a while since my last recipe, hasn’t it?! Yesterday I made this wonderful half-warm salad and it was surprisingly yummy. Let’s go through the very easy steps: Ingredients: Kale Olive oil Sea Salt (the flaky kind!) Tomatoes Cucumber Halloumi Wholewheat couscous Start by washing the kale and remove the thicker stems. Yesterday afternoon I got to cook alongside Donal Skehan and Tenderstem at L’atelier des Chefs in central London. I was met by prosecco and a bunch of lovely journalists, bloggers and foodies and we started to chat away whilst the team were prepping the kitchen.
