Hannah’s birthday celebrations

20/03/2017

Happy Monday! Hope you’ve all had a great weekend 🙂 Let’s see what I got up to on Friday. It was Hannah’s birthday last weekend but because she was travelling we decided to celebrate her on Friday. It started early with a boozy lunch at Cannick Tapps.I ate lovely shepherds pie with gravy and Hannah ate a fish pieAfter work I popped by Nadia’s hair salon Jonning & Riashi to get a little trim. I actually asked her to cut more…

Pilates with Superdry and Lottie

18/03/2017

On Thursday evening I was invited to attend a Pilates class in Canary Wharf at the roof garden. The class was hosted by Superdry and the lovely Lottie! Me and Hannah were quite early so we jogged around the garden to keep warm, haha. My fave place in Canary Wharf. So stunning. The class was great and we worked mostly on core and glutes. It’s so different from what I normally do at the gym (weights) and I soooo enjoy the variety!…

Thursday

16/03/2017

Good afternoon! How’s your week going? Can’t believe it’s Thursday already. I’ve started receiving some of the pics I took with Paelo Saddler the other week and I am loving them! My hair is stupidly long and it almost looks as if I have highlights? Promise it’s not this light, haha. My plans for the next couple of days are: Pilates event tonight hosted by Lottie (yay!) and Superdry, at the same place as the pictures above! The rooftop garden at…

My new interior obsession: Low shelves

15/03/2017

One of my flatmates is moving out in a few months and she is taking A LOT of stuff with her. This means that I can finally declutter and decorate the house to my (our.. Emelie is involved too) liking, and I am so excited. We have had a few discussions already and have agreed to keep it white and scandinavian inspired (no surprise there!). Because of this I have obviously spent a stupid amount of time on Pinterest and IKEA for…

A little rant about anxiety and depression

14/03/2017

My anxiety kind of flared up last night due to a short convo with an unnecessarily rude man. My mood dropped and I didn’t sleep well at all. I’m aware of why I reacted the way I did but I couldn’t control how I reacted. Then this morning I came across this article on the Daily Mail. Ugh. This is the headline: Oh, so if depressed people “just stopped over-thinking” they’ll be cured? Jeez. Let’s continue reading. “..but you can…

My weekend in pictures including newly opened Bokan at Novotel

13/03/2017

Happy monday everyone! Hope you’ve all had a great start to the week. My day was so so but I’m meeting Gabriel later to see Moonlight which I’m excited about 🙂 My weekend was yet another productive one! I woke up stupidly early on Saturday and met G at Pure Gym in Greenwich. I worked on hamstrings, back and abs. For two hours. Ugh.After gym I went home to shower and made myself a late breakfast. Avocado, salmon and eggs.During the…

An average week filled with gym, food and new headphones

11/03/2017

What a week. It hasn’t been particularly interesting tbh, hence the quietness here. Early in the week I genuinely struggled getting over my shitty pms-mood and after that I’ve just been busy with work. Here are a few positives though! I am finally back in my gym routine and it feels really good, yay me!     Petite problems. Having to fold leggings as the legs are too long on me. Always. I bought a new pair of headphones from Urbanears! My…

Happy international women’s day!

08/03/2017

Happy international women’s day everyone! The 8th of March is a global day celebrating the social, cultural, economic and political achievements of women. It is also a day to inform and educate people on equality and the struggle of being a woman in today’s society. Here are a few things that I think is unfair: We pay luxury tax on tampons and pads. The world would be very red if we weren’t able to wear these necessary things and why…

Wishful thinking – Black jeans four ways

07/03/2017

Tuesdays. I don’t like Tuesdays. I think I’ve said it before but I believe it is a pretty unnecessary day, haha. On another note. Clothes. I love a good pair of black jeans and I think I am soon confident enough to allow ripped jeans into my wardrobe. I know. It’s a big step. Here is some spring (in my opinion) inspiration from me to you. Featuring Asos, Missguided, Nike and Rollas by Noelle blog By Noelle Blog By Noelle…
