I have no idea how to not think

23/12/2016

The 7 days after my panic attack has been strange. I kept myself super busy over the weekend, literally threw myself into work on monday and only stopped to eat and sleep. Nothing else. Well I did attend a colleagues leaving do on wednesday but I wasn’t too comfortable as it was loud and busy, so didn’t stay long. I haven’t slept well all week, eaten ok, haven’t been able to focus on one task, been feeling down and lonely…

Lunch at Thai Square and venue hunting

22/12/2016

Yesterday I met this handsome young man for lunch – Albi! We walked over to Thai Square which is near my office and was given a table quickly. We both ordered curries with rice, nom nom The food itself was alright. A little too watery for me and could’ve had more veggies and chicken. Not even going to mention the service, haha. It’s ok for a quick lunch though! We talked loads and gave each other advice on our own side ventures from…

The worst feeling in the world is trying to hold back a panic attack in public

19/12/2016

Please forgive me for the lack of posts over the weekend.. the below will explain it all. On Friday evening I went from left to right in a matter of hours. On Friday I had a lovely day at work. The office was buzzing and everyone was excited for the winter party. Pre party prep..

16/12/2016

I’ve been super terrible with my skincare in the last two weeks and my skin has responded by giving me lots of lovely spots.. thanks for that. Just in time for our office winter party as well! At the bloggersball event we were given lots of face masks so I decided to try one out the other day. This is the argan oil mud mask suitable for oily and combination skin (me!). It goes on like mud and dries within 15…

Westfield Stratford and cinema date

14/12/2016

I used to love coming to Westfield when I first moved to London. It had everything I could possibly need; food mall, clothing shops, beauty shops, cinema, bowling, interior.. everything. But now? It’s a mini hell on earth, haha. It is absolutely packed with people at all times and I find it almost claustrophobic (even though it’s massive). Either way. On Monday me and G decided to see Allied at Vue Cinema and Westfield Stratford was the only one showing…
